To ensure this:

  • You must be home to receive the package.
  • If there are any issues with your order, you must report them within 1 hour of delivery.

Weather Considerations

We will only ship animals when the temperatures in transit are between 35°F and 90°F.

If conditions are not suitable, we reserve the right to hold shipments until it is safe to proceed.
