Our medium hornworms now come in a smaller cup to save on shipping costs. But don’t worry, everything else is the same. Contains at least 24 small worms and enough food to grow them to 1.5-2″ in less than a week. The reason we choose to send small worms is to provide the customer with a fresh cup and the ability to grow them to the size they want, as quick or slow as desired. If you would like them to grow fast, keep them 80+ degrees, 72 for normal growth, or 50 for slow growth.
The habitat provided is a fully functioning enclosure for worms. After receiving your worms, place the cup with the lid facing down. They will crawl up the screen to the food and the feces will drop to the lid for easy cleaning. Make sure to provide air flow to the lid for adequate ventilation.
