  • Notification Requirement: If any animal arrives deceased (DOA), you must notify us within 1 hour of delivery.
  • Health Guarantee: For all captive-bred animals, we provide a 3-day health guarantee from the time of delivery. This means you have three days to assess your new pet’s health.
